The AOb needed to take steps in the area of CRM. The existing CRM platform was no longer sufficient. The organization's focus is therefore entirely based on member centricity and operational excellence. A focus that the existing IT landscape could no longer support. The fragmented landscape had to be replaced by the latest technology and the best solution for their processes. AOb opted for a fully integrated cloud solution for all their administrative processes.
The total solution 9A Membership Management, specifically developed for member organizations such as trade unions, was chosen by AOb.
A digital common thread
Creating connected departments and adding extra solutions
9altitudes has implemented a fully digital platform, including our 9A Membership Management add-on, to create a connected (intranet) environment, the Member Portal, and the option to register for training courses online (member add-on), Marketing, Relationship, Contact, and Case Management with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
We do this together with the amazing team at AOb. Creating these digital solutions requires collaboration, and after years of working together, we can say that there is a great partnership between the AOb and 9altitudes teams.
