Koninklijke Metaalunie was working with an outdated file system, and the Microsoft Dynamics AX system that had been implemented did not offer the capabilities the organization needed, such as support for membership administration and lean processes.
The optimization of membership administration resulted in improved service to members. The successful project ensures that Koninklijke Metaalunie now uses a future-proof platform in which all processes are well organized and in order.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM created the possibility to link components such as Assistance PSA and MSCRM add-ons DCP (DocumentCorePack). And the optimization of Microsoft Dynamics AX with bi-directional interfaces to CRM+PSA provided the following benefits:
- Improved service to members.
- Optimal member administration (360° insight).
- Successful project, future-proof platform.
- Processes in order.
PSA has since been converted to Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Business Central has also been implemented in the meantime. The collaboration between Koninklijke Metaalunie and 9altitudes will continue on a structural basis.
